I'm Jill, and I'm the financial and scheduling coordinator for Dr. Chaffee. The best thing about my job is getting to know parents and kids over the course of treatment. The best part is seeing their great smiles when their braces come off! I have been married 21 years and have two children. In my free time I enjoy reading and watching my daughter play softball.

Kathy

My name is Kathy and I am Dr. Chaffee's treatment coordinator. I love introducing our new patients to our practice and feel very lucky to work with such a wonderful staff. Our patients are the best and I love getting to know them! I have two boys that keep me busy!

Lisa

My name is Lisa and I have been an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Chaffee since 2001. The best part of my job, other than helping to create beautiful, straight teeth, is the friendships we establish with our patients during their treatment. I love getting to know them!

Serenity

I'm Serenity, and I am an orthodontic assistant. I have been in the dental field since 2005. After receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Chaffee, I was given the opportunity to join his staff. My favorite part of my job is seeing the patients' confidence grow as treatment progresses. I've lived in Idaho my entire life and am married with three beautiful children.

Jessie

Hello, my name is Jessie and I am one of Dr. Chaffee's orthodontic assistants. I enjoy watching the excitement on our patients' faces as their teeth become more beautiful and straight! Our team is a lot of fun to work with and we all love getting to know our patients. I was born and raised in Alaska and moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2006, and I love it. I look forward to meeting you!

Susan

I'm Susan Chaffee, the office manager. I've worked in the practice since 1993. I enjoy working with our energetic and sometimes crazy staff- it makes coming to work a lot of fun! It's amazing to see the changes in our patients as they grow in stature and personality. Some of our earliest patients sometimes stop in just to say hello, and it's great to see what confident young adults they have become. Mike and I have two kids and they are growing up way too fast!
